  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Our total aggregate liability will not exceed $100.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the new Terms on this page with a new “Effective Date.”

  • Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
